The process is easy! Just place your order, and you will receive an email from us within 48 hours with instructions for delivering your keepsake items. Once we have received your keepsake items, we will begin working on your memory bear. 

*Please provide multiple pieces of clothing to ensure we have enough material for the bear. For baby clothes, 6-7 pieces is best. If you have questions, please email us prior to shipping your clothing.

Turn around time is approximately 4 weeks from receipt of keepsake items.
